Ly Ung is the owner and operator of 180 Safety Training Soluions Inc.  overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring every client receives practical occupational health and safety training courses. With a Bachelor of Commerce, Hospitality and a strong background in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, Ly brings a unique blend of business insight, risk management expertise, and real-world safety experience.

Throughout her career, Ly has worked in sales, underwriting, and risk management, earning several insurance industry designations. She served as the employee chair member for the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), where she strengthened her understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and injury prevention—knowledge that now shapes her training approach.

Customer service has been at the core of every role Ly has held. Known for her active listening, problem-solving, and solution-focused mindset, she works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide training to meet those needs. After gaining further experience with a health and safety company that later closed, Ly founded 180 Safety Training to continue providing dependable, accessible, and compliant safety education to organizations of all sizes.
